General FAQs

  • How do I Register/SignUp

    If you are looking for a Therapist, here is the link :

    CLIENT USER

    All you need is a valid Email Address and a strong Password to ensure protection.


    If you are a Therapist (A Psychiatrist/Clinical Psychologist), here is the link :

    THERAPIST USER

    You will need to fill a more extensive form that includes your Names, Email Address, Phone Number, Relevant Certificate Numbers etc. after activation, we will need some time to check your credentials.


    Once you register please check your email for an account activation link to activate your account.


  • I did not receive an Activation link after I registered.

    Please check your Spam folder for the activation link. If after 5-10 minutes, you do not receive any email, please contact us via this link :

  • What are the available mediums of communication ?

    Currently, Cogno-Aid offers 3 Mediums: VOICE, VIDEO & IM (Instant Messaging).

    We are working on getting GSM Calls & SMS available in coming updates. We are also working on creating Mobile Applications to further aid on the go users.


  • How is my Privacy protected?

    At Cogno-Aid, we put our Client's security and Privacy first, we do not collect call recordings between you and your Therapist, we only get Session details like duration of the Session, date the Session was taken this is purely for the calculation of call times. Similarly, we do not save your messages, so we have no knowledge of the conversation between you and your Therapist/Client. Please click on this link to read our Privacy Policy :

  • How do I Register/SignUp

    If you are looking for a Therapist, here is the link :

  • How can I have access to my Chat History?

    Cogno-Aid doesn't record your calls and store messages on our servers, we however have made it possible for you to download your Chat History with your Therapist by simply clicking a button

    As a Client, on your Dashboard post login, if you already have a Current Therapist, click on the Download Chat History Button or if you were chatting with several therapists, simply click on the Therapists name from the Available Therapist List and proceed to click on the "Download Chat history" Button that looks like this :


  • How I make/receive calls?

    From your Dashboard, select the Therapist you wish to call from your Available Therapist list and click on the call button on the communications panel. Or if you already have a current Therapist, by default your call is set to the Therapist. The button looks similar to this :


    Please note, if you are a Client on the Free Subscription Plan, you can't initiate a call, you can only receive calls. To receive calls, just click on the Answer button.


  • How do I purchase a Subscription?

    As a Client, you can buy your Subscription from your Dashboard buy clicking on the tab that looks similar to this

  • How I make/receive calls?

    From your Dashboard, select the Client/Therapist you wish to call from your Current Client List/Available Therapist list and click on the call button on the communications panel. The button looks similar to this :


    Please note, if you are a Client on the Free Subscription Plan, you can't initiate a call, you can only receive calls. To receive calls, just click on the Answer button.


  • I was cut-off and can't make calls any more.

    In this scenario, this might mean the Client User has either exhausted their Free Trial or the Amount in their Account. Or your connection is bad. to eliminate this possibility, please ensure the indicator on your Communications panel is displayed as this : instead of this :


  • What are the available Subscriptions?

    Please click on the link to the various subscriptions and their respective features. SUBSCRIPTION You can buy your Subscription from your Dashboard


  • I can't send/receive messages

    In this scenario, this might mean the Client User has either exhausted their Free Trial or the Amount in their Account. Or your connection is bad. to eliminate this possibility, please ensure the indicator on your Communications panel is displayed as this : instead of this :
